| April 1948 | The late Kosaku Nagahama established Institution of precision equipment and started developing balancing machine with new measurement system. |

| 1953 | Succeeded in developing electric measurement balancing machine and started production. |
| 1955 | The balancing machine has displayed in The Exhibition of industrial technology and won The Osaka Bureau of Economy, Trade and industry Award. |
| December 1955 | NAGAHAMA SEISAKUSHO Ltd. was established. |
| 1960 | Kosaku Nagahama has succeeded in development of Japan’s first Automatic Balancing Correction Machine by practical application of digital computer calculation control system and read a paper on it in Journal of The Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers. |
| September 1962 | Kosaku Nagahama participated in Informal International Panel for Balancing (IIPB) and the technical experts of NAGAHAMA have been engaged in ISO international conferences until today. |
| October 1970 | Technical cooperation agreement and joint venture agreement were concluded between Carl Schenk AG, Germany. |
| October 1971 | The headquarters and the factory have moved to Takatsuki-City. |
| November 1990 | Kosaku Nagahama received The Medal with Yellow Ribbon. |
| December 1994 | Masahiro Mimura was appointed as a President. |
| November 1995 | Kosaku Nagahama received The Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays. |
| April 1998 | 50th anniversary of the foundation. |
| August 1999 | Received ISO9001 certification. |
| September 2002 | ISO9001 shifted version 1994 to version 2000. |
| March 2010 | ISO9001 shifted version 2000 to version 2008. |
| March 2017 | SO9001 shifted version 2008 to version 2015. |
| April 2018 | 70th anniversary of the foundation. |
