Quality policy

Certification Number： JQA-QM3636	“Nagahama Quality”, which we have built since our founding, is the basis of trust from our customers, and all employees recognize it, and strive to improve product and service quality with awareness and pride as a leading company in the balancing machine industry in Japan and overseas.

As of August 13, 1999, the Japan Quality Assurance Organization (JQA) has established a quality system for design, development, manufacturing, installation, and incidental services for all balancing machines, including standard and specialized machines. We have obtained certification that it fully meets the quality management system standard “ISO9001” of ISO (International Organization for Standardization).
Since then, the transition to the 2008 version has been completed due to the revision of the standard, and on March 17, 2017, the transition from ISO9001: 2008 version to the 2015 version was completed.
